I girl I used to know had inverted nipples. She was gorgeous. She was very shy about them but after awhile of knowing me she asked this question. I didn't know what that was at the time but then showed me (I was mesmerized not just by her breasts which were plump but by the whole situation) and I told her that they didn't bother me at all. I actually thought it was quite cute, then again she was a cute person so maybe I am biased.

To be honest there are plenty of guys who don't know much about a woman's body and might think it's a common thing. There are also guys who really don't care. lol It depends on the guy but, in my opinion, more times than not it won't be judged.
