Are my large boobs gross?

I have naturally large boobs, 38DD. I think they are big, gross and get in the way. Yes lots of guys stare at them but is it because they are attractive a overly gross? I'm insecure when I'm on top during sex, leaning forward because of the way they hang down. p*rn shows women with fake perky boobs but mine aren't they don't sag down but they don't stand at attention without a bra. I've been considering a breast reduction surgery, any thoughts?

They look like Shay Laren but my waist is 35" and my hips are 39". My BMI is 23.6 which is just in the healthy range if I'm understanding things right. I'd like to lose 2" around my waist.

My last girlfriend was 34dd and I thought they were great. Sure, they sag some, but they are big. May I ask your height/weight?
Speaking of gross, you know that for breast reduction surgery they cut off your nipples then put them back on?
You should only do that for medical reasons, not aesthetic. My girlfriend has breasts that big. If they hang it's just physics, that's what huge breasts do. I like them the way they are and they're fun to play with. You're not going to find all guys like that, but you're not going to find all guys like fake balloon breasts, either.
All depends on the guy. You could always look into breast reduction if they bother you. I'm 36D and I'm sure after having kids they are going to get bigger so I might get a reduction then.
