In my experience... no... this guy below says "they are equally sensitive" but he's actually only 19 and clearly has researched anything.

about 40% of males aren't circumsized and the greater preportion of have been scientifically proven to be more sensitive since like ANY part of the body, the more contact and wear and exposure had to flesh creates resistance.. which for example is why the back of your hand is a LOT more sensitive to heat then the front of your hand... ANYWAYS at the same time
im part of that 40% and yet I last a very long time... which tbh is starting not to seem like a good thing... rip

Some do, others don't. A circumcised penis is less sensitive than intact one because the foreskin contains a lot of the sensitive nerves in the penis, and an unprotected glans (the head) will dry out and grow tough and leathery.
However, lasting longer isn't just determined by sensitivity, its also willpower, discipline and practice.
Circumcised men also generally need more lubrication to avoid pain around the scar tissue from friction.
One thing I've heard from women is that the rolled back foreskin on an intact penis makes the penis feel thicker, like it has a soft ridge around it just behind the tip.

Most likely not. Uncircumcised men are more sensitive down there than circumcised men, but it's unlikely to make any noticeable difference. It just depends on the man. Some men can go for over an hour. Some can only make it 5 minutes tops. It's more about experience and training to last a long time (breathing, kegels, etc.) than cut or uncut.

Although no direct correlation circumcised men may last longer given the glans is exposed and the nerve endings could become desensitised somewhat.
