? I'm slightly confused. Those do not look like C's to me, more like a full B cup or something similar. I'm a 32 DD, but growing up at one point I had 32 C's, and mine were definitely a tad bigger than that. I'd suggest maybe getting your measurements checked again.
As far as actual sizing goes though, there's no way a 32 C is small. It's not humongous, but it's no where near "no boobs" level. If that is the accurate measurement for you, then the guys who have been saying things about you having no boobs don't know what they're talking about.
I am pretty much the same size as you, I have had comments ranging from "you only have a handful" to "I think you should get a boob job one day" pfft, I couldn't care less, I love my boobs.
They suit the rest of my figure and unlike the views of modern day society, I think a slender body and massive boobs look unatural and I'd rather have an in proportion figure that looks normal rather than having giant great boobs which just look over the top and out of place. Embrace your boobs!
Are you kidding? 32C is a fantastic size. Obviously if your chest measurement is 32, you're a smaller girl overall, so C-cups are going to look great on you. To me, a 32 or 34C is about the perfect size.
I am completely baffled by guys who say you have no boobs, unless you keep them totally concealed under loose clothes or something. Either that, or those guys are addicted to "huge implant p*rn" with girls that have basketball-sized implants. Excuse me as I go throw up now.
Firstly, it's not hard for girls to be attractive. It really isn't. You just can't compare yourself to other girls. As long as you have all your parts and aren't grossly obese most guys will think you're cute, regardless if you think you're flat.
Anyhow, flat for me is just nipples. If you or someone you know grabs your boob and it's fleshy you're fine. It helps if you're remotely slim like that model.

If guys are telling you that, chances are it might be because of the way you clothe or your figure makes it less apparent that they are there.
