Well apparently none of the answerer's here so far have ever been to New Orleans for Mardi Gras! Showin you tits is name of the game and HUNDREDS of woman participate in this. College spring break parties is another place where the girls are showin the girls, and sometimes much more.
In your normal everyday life I would say very few are showin them on purpose.
It wasn't so much on purpose, but when I hang out with my boyfriend he has a tendency to grab them. So he had me is a corner and we were kissing and talking and shit while he was like playing with them and his friend walked up when they were like half out. Poor kid had never seen any in person and got a boner.
Lol, I'm pretty sure I've never done it on purpose. I mean... maybe bending over and not really caring if you can halfway see down my shirt? Does that count as it being on purpose? If it has happened though, I would say it's mostly accidental.
Yeah...my "twin peaks" have gotten me out of a few speeding tickets. Never had to show them completely...just accentuated them a bit...yeah I knew what I was doing and am not proud...:)

Um, no. I think that this is a male fantasy. Guys get a look down a girl's shirt and they secretly think/hope it's meant for them. I promise that 95% of the time, it's an accident.
