I was at the dentist the other day and maybe it was just wishful thinking, but I swear the dental student was talking dirty to me. He kept saying how he was going to make the mold hard- emphasis on hard. He said not to worry, that he would be gentle with me. He commented on my lack of gag reflex. While he was holding my face from above my head he said not to worry that he wouldn't go deep too quickly. I squealed a little when it hurt and he apologized and offered to take me out for margaritas. It was the first cavity I've ever had filled and I know we were talking about nasty cavities, but it was amazing. I was NOT at all expecting 3 hours of being incredibly turned on. So... my point is using sexual innuendos like my hott dentist man are a good way to tell. I have a very dirty mind and responded to his comments. Maybe he didn't even mean them that way... but the mystery was half the fun... the question of is this guy hitting on me or not is a big turn on. You can tell if she is dirty by how she responds to moderately subtle innuendos or if you respond to hers even if she didn't intend to make them. When he said he would be gentle with me I told him not to worry that I could handle it if he wasn't. When he said he wouldn't go deep too quickly I raised an eyebrow at him. Do you have ANY respect for women? No you shouldn't talk dirty to a girl on a first date. And there is no way to do it with out it sounding creepy. If you want sex with a girl you have to respect her and take her out on many dates before you bring up sex. If all you want is sex get a prostitute.

You probably don't wanna risk coming off as a creeper and scaring her off. Maybe subtle things, but don't over do it.
