If it's flipped upwards so that it's parallel to your body, it won't be noticeable. But if it's sticking out perpendicular, it might be fairly obvious, depending on your size and the type of pants you're wearing. I've never ever noticed any guy having an erection in public though. So either it's not very common, or it isn't as noticeable as I think it would be. If I did see one, I would probably look away and ignore it.

Most of the times its because attractive girls with really tight jeans would pass by and being in a boring environment would let my mind get carried away.
