Definitely firm. Too soft means saggy and it kinda feels like you have to gather up all of the boob. Like trying to hold slime.

During pregnancy, the can firm up even more. They can actually become a little bit too hard, if they were firm before.

hard mostly means they are fake. soft boobs are just lovely to play with. they jiggle a lot better and most of the times they are more sensitive at the nipples. wich makes it super fun to tease ;D.
