To be honest, I feel like she could have been a little kinder about this issue. There is no possible way for you to control how much ejaculate you release, and it was rude of her to make you feel ashamed of it. "Coming" is a regular human experience (and the goal, after all), that is not dirty or wrong. Besides, if you are a regular healthy man, your ejaculate is perfectly injestible and not at all toxic. I think what happened here is that she was probably just a little surprised by what happened. Is she a virgin? Has she ever given a blowjob before? If you're afraid of this situation happening again, bring it up casually next time you're fooling around. When you're about to blow it, so to speak, just say "God, I'm gonna come so hard. Where do you want me to come?" (In your own words, of course.) This lets her know that you appreciate what she's doing, and that you're turned on, but you're also giving her freedom of choice. If she doesn't want it on her face, she might let you come on her boobs? This is a sexy alternative. But to answer your question, I don't find this a turn-off at all!
