Girls, Should I go for a penis enlargement surgery?

My penis is only 4 inches long and 4 inches thick. Don't know what I should do about it except for getting a surgery. The problem is there is a very high risk that it can permanently damage my penis but it's already a bit useless being only 4 inches long. I actually accepted it for a bit till recently a 15 year old girl on GAG posted a comment saying it's really small and that it's like a 12 year olds dick. I'll ask this to girls only since I'm straight.
