OK, first get a grip. Do not say things like that. Do not say you "hate" some part of your body. That body is you, if you hate it, you hate yourself. Try liking yourself. If some one hates themselves that is about the biggest turn off possible.
Second, no one cares about your areolas. Really, you are absolutely the only one who cares about that, guys could not care less. Maybe there is some crazy bitch in the locker room teasing you about it, but the guys do not care at all.
Having said those 2 things, I hope you've calmed down a bit, ok?
Now, if you do not enjoy the shape of your breasts, it is perfectly ok to want to improve them, just first accept yourself and like yourself as you are.
If you are serious about surgery, you could do that someday, in the mean time just try getting some bras with underwiring. Go to Victoria's Secret and tell the sales people you want bras that will hold your breasts and support them, so they will look different. People come to them all the time with questions like that, they will be happy to help you.3 1 0 0Look...with one exception I didn't see a single ridiculous answer.
We are our own worst critics. Just because there is something about you that you don't like, doesn't mean anyone else will, or that they will even notice.
Perhaps you ought to also ask how many men think fake boobs are gross. I for one do, and I know lots of guys who agree...yes, I can spot them without much difficulty. They very very rarely ever look right again.
So now you want to trade one issue for another, and end up finding an off center nipple is the new end of the world.0 0 0 0

Sorry, short of plastic surgery, there is nothing you can do. Exercises won't fix this.
I don't think there is anything wrong with you wanting to improve this and you shouldn't get lectures about that. I hated my nose as a teenager and my family would tell me it was fine, I should let it go. I did not let it keep me from dating or hold me back in life, but I really did not like it. So, in my early 20's I finally had money saved and I went to a plastic surgeon and had it fixed. 20 years later I can say it was the best money I ever spent! It is a gift that will last a lifetime.
I dated a guy who had gynecomastia (male breasts) and he actually had money from an inheritance, TWICE, and continue to avoid doing something about his situation, even though it was affecting his self-esteem (since a teenager) and his dating and his sex life and he was 31. I thought it was so sad that he continued to suffer over something he could fix. I realize surgery is not an option now and maybe you will never want it, but there is no other way to address your situation.0 0 2 0Fake breasts cause a bunch of health problems and you'll never be able to breast-feed your children. Any guy who dumps you or says he doesn't like you because of your breasts, won't really care about you no matter what you do to them. Don't risk your health by undergoing a surgery that won't really fix anything. Also, unless you've been disfigured by abuse, undergoing surgery just makes you seem shallow and insecure. Neither are attractive traits. Find a good push-up bra.
Though she throws in the comment about not wanting to have a guy see her breasts, this is really about her, not some random guy. Getting sag removed from breasts is not the same as having fake breasts. She doesn't have to put implants in, though she may want to do that too. I don't think it is wrong for someone to choose plastic surgery to make themselves feel better. It won't make your relationships better or get you a boyfriend, but it can pick up your confidence.
Unfortuneately we have what God gave us and that's about it. You can try working out your pectoral muscles, there should be equipment in your schools gym. The one where you sit down and push the things together with your elbows bent, arms towards the sky... that's probably a really bad description. Big aereolas can make anyone self conscience, but it's a lot more common than you think.Buy bras that make you feel sexy. And a C cup is not small, dear! It's perfect! Rreally, ask any girl with a B or an A ;)
If you feel like this is something you need to do for your self esteem, start saving for that surgery now! I would love to have it. Mine are fine, but perkier is always better in my opinion! lol I just want them to be in the same place when I take my bra off! lol0 0 0 0Yea,actually mine are small.I don't really care about the size, but they are small
Exercises tone the muscle behind your breast, but after awhile they make your breasts smaller so I wouldn't recommend them.
You could do breast massages. They firm up your breasts while making them fuller, but you have to do them often and it takes awhile to notice the difference. Just look up 'breast enhancement massage' on google. The massages can sometimes add growth, but if you do them once a day for a few minutes you could probably just get the firming effects (unless you want more growth, that is)
I don't know why you would say those are small. I'm a 32B and I'd love get them that big (and I'm trying lol).0 0 0 0

16 16honestly, 36c isn't that small..but its human nature to look at yur body and be unsatisfied. but at yur age, yur still developing and shouldnt be unhappy with the way you look. you need to enjoy life for now and make guys focus on yur more important aspects. as for exercises that might improve yur bust, have you tried any light toning work outs? dumb bell bench press would be less strenuous on u, and might make things tighter. I'm no trainer or anatomy expert, but it definently wouldn't hurt anything
0 1 0 0I am a 36c also I have never once in my life thought my boobs were small.. In fact up until now I always wished they were smaller. I guess I developed earlier then my friends I was so embarrassed all throughout middle school and even my freshman year. Not every girls boobs are perfect heck mine aren't and trust me I hated them for a very long time but eventually you need to learn to love what you have. My friend who has not boobs wishes she had mine meanwhile I would gladly give her some so my clothes would fit better. I've gotten over stupid stuff like that I always thought someday I would get surgary too (a reduction specifically) but I realized it wasn't worth it.
1 0 0 036c isn't that big hun, you must be a very petitie girl if they look big. mine are 34DDs now thts big. but ur lucky you have that size its like perfect.
Um. If you feel like 36C is too small, give being a 32A (like me) a try. Nipples come in all shapes and sizes and one size isn't necessarily better than another. And you're 16- there's no way your boobs are less perky than they should be. Just because they don't defy gravity doesn't mean they're sagging. You don't need to change your breasts, need to gain some perspective- you're totally normal and just fine how you are.
5 0 0 0Ummm yes they are actually saggy and they are not perky
Well I can't really say without seeing what you mean but I seriously doubt that they are as bad as you make them out to be. I don't know what you're comparing yourself to, but it's not the average woman's breasts, that's for sure. Not if you feel this way about them.
Look I've done enough research of breasts and breast development and I'm pretty sure they aren't normal or regular and sag.
The only thing you can do if you want to change those things about your breats is get surgery. There isn't anything else.
0 0 0 1I've learned to take these types of questions with a grain of salt. Since they are coming from you and people are their own worst enemies, it's hard to tell how much is being exaggerated out of insecurity.
So I'll say that breasts are supposed to "sag", it's gravity. Everything "sags" on me too, so don't feel left out ;) 36C's don't seem small to me, I think C cups are actually the average size in the US. I think you might just be stressing over your own body because you compare it with other women. How do you make yourself look sexier? Accept yourself and smile your biggest smile!0 0 0 0
