Depends on his age, testosterone levels, stress, etc. Male enhancement pills, exercise, rest, etc can help. Believe it or not I found that THC is one of the best aphrodisiacs. All the other idiots that answered his don't know what they're talking about. For females, they can have multiple orgasms in successions, and it's like a roller coaster. You slowly go up until you reach the top, and then it plummets, only to start going up slowly again. For men, it's more like those hammer games where you test your strength. There's a bit of foreplay/build up, but when he actual pleasure happens, and he gets pushed to the breaking point, it goes straight up, stays there for a split second, then comes right back down, usually only once.

When you orgasm oxytocin and vasopressin are hormones that are relased after completeing the orgasm. They cause you to get sleepy. And some melatonin is released so it causes sleepiness as well. Even get sleepy after I orgasm.
