  • Nope., not a turn-off, if I had a girlfriend, who was on her menstrual cycle
I would brace things and still love her. I would buy her Chocolates, give her back rub
run her bathtub water warm for her and help her in and out of the bathtub and buy her sanitary pads, tampons if needed.

    • Thanks For Most Helpful Guy ;)

    • You're welcome.

  • Nope, it just means she is human :)

I would not be interested in sex at the start anyway and as a bonus, if I saw her like that in the picture. I would help her to the bathroom and try to help her overall to get more comfortable in any way I could

    • Thank you :)

What Girls & Guys Said

  • I suppose a little, but for most guys, it's just part of the deal, and it's not of huge importance to us. We know it happens, we understand the issues, but beyond that, the less we know about the specifics, the better.

  • Only if she makes it that way. I am fine with period sex.

  • No, it seems like it might be based on what movies and TV portray "that time of the month" to be like.

But when i finally spent prolonged time around a girl on her period I found out its basically just super emotional and there's gonna be a lot of pajamas and movie nights.

So no its not a big deal.

  • Periods are normal so it's not something I care about.

  • No of course not.

  • Not for sex

  • Neither.

  • it has been proven that if a girl has sex or even masturbates during her menstrual cycle. she can relief some or most of the pain causes by it when she orgasms. because the muscles around that part of the body relax for a while. also tend to put her in a better mood mentally.

just have to lay down some spare towels or blankets and maybe skip the oral. so might want to focus on other ways to get the women aroused. good news is she is less likely to get pregnant. during this time of the month. if the guy happens to finish inside her.

  • Nope. You plan for and around it.

  • Who cares if it is or not

  • Usually it's more of a turn off for her than it is for me. We don't need to have sex to be romantic.

  • No but we are not going to have period sex

    • why, if it's not a turn off? Just wondering

    • I would be swimming in blood It could cause me an infection.

    • Menstrual blood is simply a mixture of healthy blood and tissues that the body no longer needs and so no harm will come from having sex, it's no different from when she's not on her period (health wise any ways)

  • Research has consistently proven that men are subconsciously more drawn to women who are ovulating.

  • only a turn off if she's wielding a chainsaw.

  • No it is not

  • It's dangerous 😂

  • No. Its nature. I just won't have sex with her til it ends.

  • Not at all. I try my hardest to make my exes, my friends feel comfortable. I have no problem picking up tampons, pads and midol at the store for them. I have problem getting them a warm towel. I grew up with a sister and a mom who needed help and when I am with a woman who needs help I am there for her. Nothing wrong with it and i will not embarrass her. 💓💓💓

  • No, but it sucks that my girlfriend has to wear underwear in bed.

  • Not a turn off. Will still have sex, just no oral!!!
