I had a real change of attitude towards callgirls after reading this book and learned a lot about the industry through one woman's story. She was an educated woman who couldn't make enough money in her field and turned to prostitution to just get by. It's quite interesting. Through her story there is a lot to consider, and the sex trade industry is not to be taken lightly, as there are lots of dangers - if you read the book you'll read about the good, bad, ugly, and some of the funny and heartbreaking stuff she goes through.
Anyway, after I read this book, I actually wrote to the author and thanked her for writing such an interesting memoir as it changed years of my thinking.
After you consider the pros and cons, and if you do read the book to get one woman's perspective on it, then you'll know if it really is something you could go through with.

I've been doing this for 7 years i would be an hypocrite to tell u not to.. I drive a Mercedes and live in a upscale condo but its very rough on the mental and body.. Why would you do that. There's so much more to life than money. I've made lots of money and have my own successful investment firm. I can afford most things. But you know i would give every cent i've earned to spend just one heartbeat with my loved ones. Chase happiness, not money. I know money does give you lots of cool things, but in the end for me its not worth it. Why not get educated, study, have a family, tour?
Personally, yes, I think it's wrong, but what's wrong for me isn't going to be wrong for everyone else. I accept that.
I do think that a good majority of people in the sex industry tend to develop issues, though. Not trying to use scare tactics on you, but it could open a whole Pandora's box of issues is you decide to do it. You should really think about that.
