When I’m at home I would never wear a bra. It’s way more comfortable to not wear one. I would put on a sports bra when I do a workout but that’s about it

I don't usually wear bras regardless. However I've seen some women say that they have no choice but to wear bras because they get back pain without it, so in that case, it wouldn't matter if they're leaving the house or not.
