That depends on the situation: in a bar or in a hotel room or a mother feeding a baby are VERY different.
They're not sexual organs first of all. But yes I think they're oversexualized. I never understood the obsession some guys have for boobs tbh
Mind you, I've lived in other countries outside the US and there are parts girls can walk shirtless/topless without no one giving a single fuck. Then there are Latin American countries, which have a far worst obsession for boobs.

They're no more sexual than lips or a neck they are waay over sexualized but the female body is in general. Like as a man no part of my body is objectified and sexualized as much as even a woman's toe. The way society views the female body in general is Fucked and the way we view breasts is symptomatic of that. If breass were normalized they'd only be replaced by another aspect of your appearance. They're just the ankles of today.

When i see one. Same with feet, for me they're sexualized IN SEX. But when i see girls feet or when i see their breasts in bikinis or something I'm ok. I'm not an animal. But society wants me to think i am.
Since a mans chest isn't oversexualized I think a woman's chest shouldn't be oversexualized either. I mean breast have nothing to do with reproduction like a penis or a vagina, so I don't see why they're so stigmatized.

Breasts are secondary sexual characteristics, like facial hair on men.
Since they stimulate pleasure I count them as sexual organs. But I guess they are pretty oversexualised as well.
