Well that would depend on his and her view on sex before marriage. Its not so much about sexual activity than it is about love.

Some people are in love and want to marry their partner but don't necessarily have sex before marriage.

On the whole though most people will be looking for sex before marriage these days.

Depends on the individual but if a guy is horny all the time but not getting any he's probably going to loose interest!
Likewise if the guy is very religious and not into sex before marriage if the girl has been sexually active then he might be put off.
