It holds your community back. I may not be trans -- but, I've heard enough and read enough to understand that by embracing your dick and the men who are interested in it as well as working on not tucking -- you'll be working towards a more progressive future and improving your own confidence. As for men, a man risks every to make such desires known. Frankly, if I was able to ask you to top me and you agreed, would would I not be able to tell you? Honestly, by encouraging it, that gives you access to more intimacy than a cis girl. I don't like to say that one is better than the other, but, a cis girl just doesn't open our minds to such a vulnerable state.
