Well, I may not be the best judge, but my girlfriend seems to think they are pretty good.
My balls are hairy and saggy and have produced four healthy children. Three with my girlfriend and one with another woman.
My girlfriend seems to enjoy licking my balls and that drives me wild. When she does, I - the alpha male - am reduced to utter and complete helplessness. I instinctively lay on my back and spread my legs in what my girlfriend calls the "male submissive" position. Then I just moan and swear and gasp and writhe and beg her to do more.

As far as taking care of them, not specifically. I suppose I would notice if something did not look or feel quite right. However, I don't focus on my balls anymore than I do any other part of my body. It's what I was born with and I just take it as a given.
So, while I may not be the best judge, the evidence suggests that my balls are pretty nice. They make babies and they make my girlfriend really hot and steamy. Who could ask for anything more?
