I'd guesstimate that the cost of a date and transport for both people is probably a fair baseline. So here that might be something like 120 euro as a base. Other areas will vary.

It all depends where they are, type of individual, age, etc. In Sweden I would guess typically between 100-200 usd per hour. In thailand I've been offered 25 USD for an hour. In Cambodia, you can come away with buying them a beer and offering a 15 USD pocket money.
