Of course there is a reason why a woman is with her boyfriend, so that's not bragging but it comes pretty obvious that she would tell positive things about him. And for the guys who secretely wish to be at the boyfriend's place, it's time to open their ears, listen and understand what they need to improve in order to get the woman.
she's just outright saying the things that she likes in a man and is happy she found those things. She is also maybe announcing it to show you "hey, this is what it takes to make me happy or the things I appreciate"
In Western society men are suppose to be love sick puppy dogs. This is pushed in the media constantly. A lot of songs have love sick puppy dog lyrics. Marriage is a terrible investment and manipulation is the only way to get a guy to make a stupid decision.

Women like to talk about their boyfriends and partners to everyone WHO is available. In most cases we are just happy that we found such good men and we want to share our happiness with others. We often don't realise that IT may drive somebody crazy.
