The last 2 months my boyfriend has been unable to cum. He also said he can’t cum on his own either. He has said he’s bored of sex with me and that’s why he can’t cum but he’s also said he doesn’t know why and I’m so confused.

This could be caused by many things: an unaddressed problem in your relationship, porn addiction, a medical problem, low testosterone. It would be good to investigate all of these to get to the root cause. It’s abnormal for a young man to have this problem.
He has also said it stemmed from a fight we had over a month and half ago. We got over it and resolved it , or so I thought but maybe he hasn’t? I don’t understand how that would affect him cuming it’s all really confusing

We spoke about the argument at length at the time and it takes him a long time to get over a simple fight so the fight lasted a long time but we got past it.
It sounds like he's created a mind block and has convinced himself thst he's bored of you. He has issues thst need to be corrected. He needs a therapist. The message he's sending you is that ge doesn't want you anymore, so you'd probably be better off dumping him and finding a new guy before he ruins your life.
Sounds depressed. Maybe drinking too much, too much weed, taking antidepressants or not enough exercise.
