Can guys feel a girl's boobs while hugging?

A friend told me that guys hugged girls to feel their boobs

Depends on her posture, or how she hugs. Some of the best hugs I've ever recieved were from girls I was attracted to who hugged so I could sometimes even feel hard nipples. The posture that puts you in this position is with the shoulders slightly back.

Some people just don't hug that well, others seem to be avoiding boob contact. I would not force anyone to hug me this way, and it's not the point of a hug but it's very nice under the right conditions, and often not sexual just a good hug.

Sometimes you can feel them, but there are also times when you just don't notice as much. Hugging girls just so you can feel their boobs is kind of lame.

Well if no bra certainly. With bra, maybe not that much. However honestly. Given how I am totally in lack of emotional connection. When I do get that rare hug from a girl. I couldn't pay lesser attention to her boobs touching compared to her warm comforting embrace. Sounds bloody gay but you know sometimes a bro just wants a hug you know?

Some hugs are just for boob extacyzing. You can usually tell these cause the guy kinda rubs his chest back and forth over the boobies and gets a glazed look in his eyes.

It depends on the kind of hug. Most times women hug till the shoulder and the neck i.e. the chest never touches unless she's really BBW and most men hug women that way too. But there are times hugs are devoid of such caution and those times one can feel her boobs. Not every man thinks too much of her boobs touching his chest but there are times it's noticed by either or both. What transpires after that depends on relationship and chemistry between them :)

Not everyone hugs to feel the girl's boobs but yes there are those who do and the women sense them out pretty fast and they soon lose the hugs from women :D

I don't hug girls just for the boobs. Girls are so soft and cuddly I want to do it all the time! But yes, we can feel them boobies :D I usually don't notice them though, I'm always focused on her neck and her smell :P

Well yeah, I mean you can feel them pressed against you (especially if they're larger). Unless the dude is shirtless and the woman is wearing a bikini top, though, there's not a ton of sensation. It's still nice though.
