Very, very few. You're going to be limited to either, the small number of girls who also have this fetish, or, the very few who aren't personally into it, but are willing to accept it.

My bet is, the girls who are into it would outweigh the girls who only accept it, 3-1... but trust me, that still doesn't mean there are going to be a lot. This is one of the lesser known, and explored fetishes, as opposed to the common ones, such as BDSM.

I'd say... maybe 1 out of every 2000 people would fit into one of the two categories. This, of course, is all an educated guess based on the numbers I've crunched, while studying how likely it is to find someone who is into my own personal stuff... although my stuff is more on the common side.
