I did have a good weekend. Finished renovating my washroom off my bedroom, hung out with my daughter and went to a movie.

I popped by the one spot I like to shop, and the young girl serving me at the counter told me she was new to town and has no family or friends. It was also her birthday. She seemed pretty bummed, so I circled back around and got her a cake and candles and wished her a happy birthday. I think it brightened her day.

Yup. It was a blast. Had a party for a friend on Friday. Hung out with Family on Saturday. Took another friend out for her birthday Sunday and watched football.

I'm the sole caregiver to my ill and injured elderly Mom, so my weekends are busy all day every Saturday. Sundays I take her out for lunch, then Sunday afternoons and evenings I relax and get ready for Mondays. Pretty dull life actually!
