After 19 yes. Prior to that I never had sex when my mom was home.

When I was 19, I moved back home temporarily while attending a vocational college. My bedroom was on the second floor above my mom's. One day mom's boyfriend told me they could hear my girlfriend moaning and screaming while we had sex. We had been carrying on like that for a month and I didn't even think about it, because you literally had to scream at the top of your lungs to be heard in that house from one room to the next.

I don't know if he mentioned it because there was an issue or if he wanted pointers because after he made the statement he just looked at me. My mom never confronted me about it, but she would smile at my girlfriend now and then.

They obviously knew. They were not stupid. But out of respect we made sure to play the whole cat and mouse game to hide it.

Much like our parents do. Its not like parents never have sex. They just don't let you catch them in the act. As children, do the same.

It was never discussed except one time. My mother went into my bathroom and in the wastebin was a used condom and she just said "Are you being safe?" "Are you getting tested?" I said yes embarrassingly to both and she said ok and walked out. My dad one time accused me of sneaking guys over and was mad but we argued over that but that was it.

It was strange. As a male my parents didn't care who l brought home and had sex with. But my sister on the other hand wasn't allowed to bring a guy home so she had sex in cars.
