I feel like mine isn’t pretty enough... like when I see girls’ in porn some are so pretty and petite and neat looking. My inner lips/labia minora hang out/show/are larger than the girls’ in porn.. they’re not huge or anything but they definitely seem bigger and the coloring isn’t perfect pink. It’s a darker pink. I feel like it’s not good enough. Kinda want surgery. :/

Genitals are a body part and like any other body part, you do care about the looks of them. That's what causes attraction in the opposite sex.
Some guys do care about things like that, but you don't know what their preference will be. It could be the guy you fall for loves it the way you used to be. Better not risk it. Just like with boobs, some like big, some like small. If you feel like you're within normal, better stick with knowing you're healthy and not mutilated.
