It depends entirely on what a particular man wanted from that woman. If the man is only looking for sex from her, then he's going to prefer her to be promiscuous and direct. If the man is looking for a relationship from her, then he's going to prefer that she is innocent.

Women need to understand that men's interest not only isn't romantic/relationship-based all of the time, the fact is that men's interest is only romantic/relationship based about 5% of the time - the other 95% of the time, men's interest in a woman is sexual ONLY. Women need to understand that and factor that into their own behavior, ESPECIALLY if that woman wants to have real relationships.

Girls can be direct and not promiscuous.

the problem with innocent, is if they are shy, innocent and it’s like trying to talk to a door.

innocent can be direct, depends on what you mean by innocent.

if it’s say virginal, I know plenty girls that are very direct and in your face, however are virgins.

being confident, independent as a girl and being direct has nothing really to do with innocent or promiscuity.

Both, as it all depends on what my motivation is. If I just want to get laid, then I like the promiscuous girl. If I'm looking for a wife then I might like an innocent girl. BUT!!! I don't want an innocent girl if she is naive. There is nothing worse then naive girls.
