No, none felt terrible to me. I had sex with two different partners in the same day and I can't remember there being any difference, so if there was it wasn't big enough. All vaginas I've experienced were ridged on the inside, somewhat firm/elastic throughout and the most tight around the opening. You can definitely tell when a woman is tense, the vagina feels tight even when using a single finger, but once she is relaxed and aroused it feels the same as usual. I think notable differences in vaginas are caused by things such as giving birth or having hormonal changes (as in menopause or low estrogen). But all of the women I've been with were standard healthy women who never had childbirth, so I can't say if there is really a difference compared to the other cases.
