Do guys with big, thick thighs get cramps (charlie horse) as much as those with thin, or skinny thighs?

I'm on the thin side, but my thighs are in decent shape. I'm just tired of getting cramps on occasion; sleeping, sitting for long periods, and just when I'm about to cum... Shit! it sucks!

  • Mate go and get a 25-Hydroxy blood test!. I am proper fit and I was getting them a couple of times a week. My doc told me to get one of those.. it's a fasting test so only fluids the night before, but mine showed up as a Vit-D deficiency.
    I take Vit-D3 supplements now a few times a week and I don't get cramp any more EVER!
    the reason I say get the blood test rather than just go and take the supplements is because it might be you are deficient in something different!

    • My doctor prescribed Vite-D. I stopped taking it. Whoa! I'll start taking it again. Thanks.

    • Take it for 2 weeks every day to start with following a bout of cramp,(it will take 2 weeks before you notice any difference) then 2 or 3 times a week so that you don't take too much. Oh and be sure it is the cholecalciferol (vit D3) you take as regular D won't help. You're welcome I'm glad I could help.

    • I almost forgot. Stay away from caffeine and bananas if you can. If I have either of those two, I wake up with a bout of cramp between three days and a week later. almost every time.

  • Not really I got tone thighs and cramps are due to over constant or under constraint on the muscle. If the muscle is too weak it has a higher chance of tearing if sudden strain of momentum is place.
