A man shouldn’t take until he is old. It will make him dependent on it, by the time he’s old enough to need them they won’t work. There is to many adverse side effects. He should talk to his doctor, because if he can’t get an erection there might be something more problematic at play.
Having experienced a relationship where he had trouble getting an election and all of frustrations that come with it, I'd prefer he use them if there were troubles. Unfulfilled sex sucks-- not just from the lack of release but because it disrupts the intimacy of it as well.
