Good question also yes i do. Nothing significantly big of course, but just a little snack. For me sex is quite extensive and takes up at least 3 hours of the day and often burns a lot of calories when sex is had. I often find that by eating a snack before hand I can have that little calorie boost of energy without feeling absolutely dead after. Don’t get me wrong I’d still be exhausted and probably still a little hungry and or thirsty after, but I won’t have as much a craving for a very heavy meal versus something lighter. Also normally she’s quite exhausted after, and I bring her snack in bed as she’s taking in the blissful after effects of really good sex. I tell her all the time she should snack a little bit before hand, but her excuse is always the same “ I can’t snack before hand; because then I’d miss out on the Great food you bring me after”. To each their own I suppose, but at least my snacking gives me enough energy to cook which I enjoy anyways so win/win.
