No reason to feel guilty. Most people do, even when married. Reasons include sexual tension when their partner is not available, wanting a quick orgasm without the whole sexual experience, using it to relax and go to sleep, and probably a million other reasons. Sometimes your partner can help you relax and even fall asleep with sexual touches as long as you let them know you are going to sleep, not have sex. Couples enjoy helping each other that way.
