Boobs are boobs to me. Yes I find boobs with implants attractive, but it depends. Boob jobs can look bad or so good you can't notice if they're implants or not, unless she tells you or you touch them. It's also really hot when her nipples changed to being hard all the time in some cases.
Natural is better though. If she's happy with the decision of getting implants than I'll be supportive. I honestly think though no woman needs a boob job, they're fine as is.
