Ummm. Amazing? NO ! There's nothing amazingly attractive to me about hips and thighs that size. You've edited out what's possibly the most beautiful thing about her - her face. If I saw her pic from the waist up, including her face, I'd think she has sexy hands (slender and feminine), soft looking skin, nice boobs and what I imagine is a pretty face. Then my mind would have a real dilemma with what's below the waist. I'd really love to see her face.

No, too much fat on hips and thighs, hips and thighs are too wide for torso, boobs too small. I honestly prefer the inverse, where the boobs are oversized and the rest is petite.
