No, it’s NOT disturbing at all…

I PREFER SMALLER BREASTS over larger breasts because (to me) smaller breasts are generally: shaped nicer, firmer, and perkier with more sensitive nipples than larger breasts. (Also—bonus for women: smaller breasts give women less back pain.)

Note: of course, “smaller” or “larger” breast size is somewhat subjective, and does NOT depend on bra cup size alone; it also depends on bra band (underbust) size too—for example: a woman with D-cup breasts & a 28 US/UK bra band size (meaning that her bra size is 28D) does NOT have big breasts, because 28D has the same cup volume as (and is a “sister size” to) bra sizes 30C & 32B.

And to me: “smaller” means 34C & below, and “larger” means 34D & above (one needs to “draw the line” somewhere).

I can think of two reasons: one is because big breasts start to sag quite a lot after aging and the blessed women become the ones with smaller breasts at that point. I have average/big breasts, I'm 30, still youthful but I can see the direction my boobs are taking, while smaller ones wouldn't yet. So if a man prefers firm perky boobs regardless from the size, and picks women who are 40+, that could be a reason to prefer smaller boobs.
Another reason is: some men are just turned on by all boobs, literally all. A friend of mine, one day, told me how he likes any existing boob, even saggy shrinked ones, huge ones, with huge or non-existent areolas, all. Because he is a boobs enthusiast and is more focused on how playing with boobs can give pleasure to the woman than how full the boob feels in his hand. A true boobs enjoyer (that made me laugh anyway the way he passionately explained that).
On the side of this there are of course fetishes for specific types of boobs, or simple preferences: let's say a man loves very skinny girls for some reason, then, most likely, those girls will also have very small boobs as a consequence.
