Interesting question as usual but perception misplaced ;) :D
1. Prostitute - fixed form of payment in directly exchangeable currency
2. God Digger (rather derogatory, I don't use this term ever) - those that won't hook up with someone that doesn't have money to splurge on them.
3. With Gold Diggers, it's not always and every time a payment in cash or kind immediately after sex unlike in prostitution
4. Prostitute seldom has choice of client and doesn't know them on a personal level most times
5. God Digger knows the person and has chosen that person
6. Neither terms are gender specific
7. Personal opinion? SOCIETY CAN GO TAKE A WALK - let them do what they must & want0 1 0 0My perception isn't misplaced, I just exaggerate to tease the feelings of the readers ;) :D Interesting answer as usual :)
Teasing those that you don't know in person or on GAG is an offence :D ;) Thank you, young friend for both liking my opinion and your kind words <3
Yes it is. A girl blocked me because of this question :( lol
No because the prostitute doesn' lie about what she is you know from the start what she is and you know upfront what your paying and what you are getting. A prostitute is actually not only more moral since she is not manipulating or lying to the guy to get his money but also more respectable because of it.

Yes, they basically are, and they're dumb for doing it.
The one really wealthy man I've had for a boyfriend by the time we ended our relationship (amicably) after a little over a year had paid off my credit cards, my student loans, bought me a car (offered a Lexus, I agreed on a Toyota), and put a down payment on condo for me.
Why did he do all of this? Because I obviously wasn't after his money, I never asked him for a flippin' thing and it him months before I'd have sex with him, despite him offering to take me on getaways to Bermuda, Hilton Head, Bahamas, and the like. It pays not to be a whore.0 1 0 0Thanks for sharing your experience :)
Well, yes, duh. It's pretty obvious.
Prostitution is "mating" directly with money, and having sex **if necessary** to secure that money (if you can't get it through pure graft / robbery).
Surprise! Gold-diggery is EXACTLY the same thing.
Go back and read that definition.
Every single word.
Still applies.
Gold-diggery is only socially acceptable because the upper class does it, and the upper class makes the social rules so that basically ANYTHING the upper class does is socially acceptable.1 1 0 0You're awesome.
Thanks <3
Tx for the MH luv. <3
Since when is 'forming relationships' interchangeable with 'engaging in sexual activity'?
The only thing I really see the two sharing is the exchange of money between a man and a woman.0 0 0 0I already mentioned that in my description and given an explanation for that.
.. the description gives no link between sex and a relationship versus your opinion. An opinion that is a massive generalization, saying that all men are essentially driven by nothing but sex. So no, I'm going to have to firmly disagree with your statement.
"saying that all men are essentially driven by nothing but sex" All? All men? All men driven by just sex? Sex? 100% male population? All men? Awkward interpretation by a mature lady who should understand that exceptions (in minority) is always there. And how many men did you find who didn't want sex in their relationship at all? Plus, you shouldn't mould my words like "wanting sex at least once in their life" to "just wanting sex in relationships". Duh. Nice try tho. Have a nice day.

12 24The "socially accepted" part is debatable.
1 2 0 0Haha well, don't you think that a prostitute has a harder time dealing with the society?
Yes, absolutely. But that doesn't mean people don't have a problem with gold diggers.
Providing its not deeply deceptive then its ok.
But when people claim true love, I think its getting kinda silly then, because its easy to see, some old fat rich guy and a 20 year old is not true love, its love of lifestyle :)0 0 0 0Yes and no.
No because gold diggers don't imply their intentions while prostitutes do.1 3 0 0At least, prostitutes are honest lol
I definitely agree.
0 0 0 0I see no relation to having sex with one person vs sex with anyone who pays you.
0 0 0 0Having sex with anyone who's "way too rich" vs having sex with anyone who's "enough rich". Not much difference I guess.
Except for the multiplication. ... I guess. One mate vs a multitude of customers Is what severs any relation your theory suggests.
Not necessarily. Their partners are so old that either they divorce or they just die. Then they pick the next partner.
Any girl expecting you to pay, expecting gifts, waiting for a ring, etc. is a prostitute.
0 0 0 0sounds similar, but a gold digger is with one man... if he has enough money of course
0 0 0 0I think so do the prostitutes. Just the time period is short.
well, prostitutes can be with 50 men in one night. gold diggers stay with one sugar daddy until he has nothing else to give and then... NEXT 😎
Time period is directly proportional to the amount paid.
Not really. gold diggers don't always have sex with their targets.
0 0 0 0Blame beta guys for that.
Yes. A sugar daddy and his "whatever-you-call-the-girl", are just like a pimp and a prostitute, only thing is that this pimp fucks her.
Gold diggers are prostitutes, cause they basically exchange sex for money.0 0 0 0Haha some girls here are resisting the fact, increasing my speculations on their lifestyle :D
Cause many girls here don't wanna accept that they have prostituted themselves.
Kind of, but gold diggers are less honest about their intentions. They are manipulative.
0 1 0 0So, you think they're even worse because they're deceptive?
Yes.
Like not every person is the same, those that we term gold diggers need not necessarily be malevolent. I've known those that make no bones about it. Gold Digger is also applied to an honest person that states they won't be able to hang around their partner if they go broke. I call that being honest having known and faced one myself - I still respect her for all she is :) No debate intended, speaking out of experience from self and others :)
Both - everyone is in some way or another a prostitute... even stacking shelves at Walmart you're selling your body. In every relationship money is a factor - you share rent / bills, sometimes it's 50/50, sometimes one side pays more...
It's not that simple.0 0 0 0But there are several other factors in simple relationships as compared to them.
Yes but I also think men who date them are socially accepted idiots.
0 0 0 0gold diggers... they are selling long term girlfriend or wife experience as long as they have it hot between their legs.
0 1 0 0I would agree with that, yes.
0 0 0 0I didn't know they were socially accepted. Most people hate them for their dishonesty.
I think its more accurate to say pornstars are soccially accepted prostitutes
and models are socially accepted strippers.0 1 0 0I'm going to go the opposite route here and say that I strongly believe prostitution should be legal and accepted everywhere if properly regulated.
0 0 0 0You're so me :D
It depends on what people consider as gold diggers because some guys sometimes tend to exaggerate and dangle whatever they bought you in front of you
0 0 0 0Exceptions will always be there. Talking about the real ones here, otherwise how'd I ask a question?
Yea but why do they always accuse girls...
I ve seen guys that I could label as gold diggers 😒😞0 0 0 0:( Because "rich men" vs "rich women" & "female gold-diggers" vs "male gold-diggers" are in majority + media, internet and dictionary definitions generally portray women as culprits. But hey, you could be proud on yourself that you are not such horrible person in this horde.
Thanks 😊😊
id rather have a prostitute. at least the cost are determined up front by two parties and not two lawyers and a judge.
0 2 0 0Basically ya, just look at melania trump lol talk about a sloot
2 0 0 0She might become the greatest gold-digger of the 21st century.
hahaha true
