A lot of factors here, for me it can but not in any way that’ll lead to more than a desire for sex. It’s definitely a red flag for me in terms of a relationship that she’d go around showing that. That’s my personal opinion tho, other guys can and will differ.

Sometimes, but not always. It depends on the context, if I see a lady on the streets and she happens to have a camel toe then I look away and go about my business. If I accidentally see a friend with it, I still don't find it interesting.
