  • Sex is a very worldly phenomenon. It can be very distracting and tempting, because it interferes with a person's intention of doing things with otherworldly consequences, such as being altruistic. Although there are some people who moderate the amount of sex they have, others may avoid sex altogether because they tend to be extremely sensitive to sex. Hence the reason why people join monasteries to renounce worldly goods and begetting an heir and pursue a life of simplicity, austerity, and gratitude. Christianity traditionally is supposed to do just that. Rather than being sexually repressive, it is supposed to be liberating, as the sexless life offers more time to God.

  • I took a look. It's disgusting. It isn't any different than regular porn. What makes it all the worse is, watching other married people have sex is a huge violation of the covenant of marriage.

    • I looked at that link. Wow that is unusual, but I can see their point I guess. Their point being (I think) that they'd overcome sexual repression imposed on them by religion. Not sure I fully "get it", as they seem to be making sexuality a part of their religion. I guess I'm cool with it, but I don't fully get it. LOL...
