Yup. Only two occasions.

First being my first time. A very close friend and I got drunk and wound up having sex. She left sometime in the morning before I got up. Never got to speak to her too much after, I guess she felt too awkward.

Second occasion, girl I dated claimed she wasn't a virgin, she definitely was and I felt super bad about it afterwards because we REALLY went all out. I dont think she was fully ready for that on her first time.
