Sexual Health This is more a story than a question.
I went to the gym today, and like normal I went into the locker room to change. I stripped off my leggings (no panties underneath) then removed my sweater (no bra), so I was completely naked except socks. I noticed a few women looking but brushed it off. Put on my Sports Bra and my shorts then shoes and went to work out
1 hour later, I go back to the locker room, strip down completely and walk to the shower. Take a quick shower, then immediately hit the steam room. All while naked with no towel. After 10 minutes in the steam room, I get out and shower again. Then walk back to my locker and this lady (40 something) approaches me. She tells me that I look incredible and that she had a body that was very similar when she was younger. We chat for about 10-15 minutes while I was naked the whole time, then she left and I finally got dressed (pulled on leggings, put on sweater).
I didn't mind the conversation or interaction but it seemed odd that she approached me while I was naked instead of waiting for me to dress.
So I guess I have 2 questions now:
1st: When you change clothes do you remove everything then put new on or do you remove 1 item and put 1 item on?
2nd: Have you ever had someone chat with you while naked in a locker room?
I didn't realize until typing this that I completely undress before putting anything else on.
I'm going to try and keep track to see if this is my norm.
First time for Everything, I guess?

I'm surprised by how many people try to cover up, stay hidden, and do the 1pc off 1pc on method of changing. I could understand if it was a coed locker room, but this was female only so everyone has the same parts lol. I'll add another update after my visit today to let everyone know if I observe more 1 for 1 or completely off completely on changers.

I think one must take permission before going into someone room. She should have waited for you while you were changing.
Secondly I don't talk to anyone while am changing.
When I go to the gym I go there in my gym wear. On the rare occasions I've not if possible I try to use cubicles or I change quickly in the corner with the one off one on.

Yeah I'm a very modest and shy person. I'm not comfortable really being in a state of undress around strangers or even them being in a state of undress. There is quite a few things that make me comfortable that are doesn't seem normal for people of my age tbh.

I love how you stayed naked during the conversation, shows confidence in your body and it’s sexy. I always strip down when changing clothes, never 1 piece on, 1 piece off. It doesn’t bother me being naked around others, it’s fun actually. I’ve done it plenty whether it’s at the gym, when I was in college, or when you simply have roommates. You just get comfortable in your own skin. The lady may be interested in you, but sounds like you enjoyed it so I don’t blame you to push the limits a little. Good luck!

Usually strip off everything but I always have boxers on, especially when I'm at the gym. I never shower at the gym, so I haven't been naked in a locker room like that before. And yeah sometimes I have conversations but I don't stay undressed, we would both continue changing.

Normally I strip completely, and then wrap a towel round to walk to the showers, then get dressed when I'm done drying off.
You're far braver than I am. I avoid those sorts of situations completely. I'd be scared of a guy making fun of me for being different, unless I attempt to hide it, but then I feel very exposed...
The one thing I would change is not using a towel in the sauna. You never know whose dirty butt crack sat in that spot before you.

Well, I get first naked, than I put on the new clothes.
I share the locker room with my sports team for nearly my whole life. So talking in this situation is nothing new. And sometimes I'm chatting in the sauna. But of cause I've never talked about bodys at these moments. :D
Got to get all of first then change. yes talking completely naked all the time. i think its more of a comfort with your self more then anything. I've noticed it takes some adjustment and familiar for some not to be embarrassed

I just workout at home because I got everything that I need at home. She should've at least waited until you were fully dressed
