Friends with benefits wants to stop giving oral and kissing?

Known him for a couple years, on and off. Went over to my fwbs place (we hooked up the night before) thought it was gonna be the same routine…oral and sex and leave. When I was getting undressed, he said he doesn’t want to do oral or kiss anymore. I understand the kissing but I like foreplay before sex. I ended up leaving without doing anything with him. I didn’t want to start an argument and the whole vibe felt different. I texted him the next day asking if he wants to stop doing this. He said “if you want head and oral maybe you should find someone else. We’re not dating.” Never said we were dating and I don’t want to be with him like that…just wanna get laid by someone I knew and trusted. We’ve always done oral and he initiated kissing in the past. I responded saying I know we’re not dating and we can stop this arrangement. No reply back so I guess I got ghosted? He’s never acted like this in all the years I’ve known him. Thoughts?

He is getting close to a "keeper" and limiting your intimate relationship. Friends don't just change the terms of a friendship arbitrarily. Pull the plug on him now with no additional "benefits".
