besides mardi gras, spring break and the usual chaos of college... i was driving down the road coming home from work. it just so happens that i was headed away from the beach, so people coming home to the main island would be driving the same way. so this area is full of shady people, but i was in pretty good shape. this guy in a truck starts honking at me as i pass him so i'm like what the fuck and look over ready to pull over and have some words. instead i get a face full of beautiful titties from a great looking teen girl. i don't know how i was steering at the 10 second stare mark, but managed to stay on the road. unfortunately, i was at my exit. she flashed me again on the other side as i got off.

I cannot remember being flashed, but I have been to many nude beaches and resorts, and to nude parties, and have had gals come through the living room nude sometimes. I have a normal interest in the female body so I was always happy to see them.
If someone were to actually flash me, I would probably give them a thumbs up thank you, and if close enough I would say it.

Not purposely. I took out the trash to the trashcans in the back yard just wearing my underwear. I had looked around before I went out the door and no one was in sight so I went outside.
