I've been slobbered on before...so I would definitely take the good kisser. I don't think I could ever handle a bad kisser again. I think there are also hollow strapons that could fix the problem if it really was that much of a problem. So then I'd have the best of both worlds!
I wouldn't date either of them. Bad kissing gets old real quick and it just isn't teachable at this age. And I know that a very small penis just isn't going to do it for me.
