I don't really think anal sex is really appealing for many girls. I think if we do it, it's for him, not for us. We like to please our men (or at least I do). Going from vaginal to anal is perfectly fine. However, going from anal to vaginal is not. The environment in our vaginas are sensitive. It would not be healthy to introduce the bacteria that is present from the back door into that sphere. It could cause infection.
I've done it often but I always keep disinfectant wipes next to the bed when I do anal to quickly clean it first because most of the time we don't use condoms and going straight from ass to pussy sounds like a bad idea.

They usually make a cut in between in porn and separate this into two individual scenes.
