I have this, there is actually no cure for it. You can try to manage it to the best of your abilities, but can never get rid of it. So, its not like people don't try. So, no I don't find it unattractive, I can't make it go away, I have accepted it.

not inherently... if someone is unattractive it can be another thing to attribute to it, but if they are attractive, it can be kind of a cute and distinctive... and if someone is in between the two, it likely won't push things either direction...
