Guys, do you track your girlfriend or wife’s menstrual cycle?

Doing so can help you understand her mood changes, when to try or avoid getting pregnant, and when you should show up at the house with pizza. 😊 Of course, only ever do this with her permission.

Superb Opinion

  • Never needed to.

pretty much every girl I have ever known tell me she’s due on or I get asked to pick up sanitary stuff while out shopping.

i even sometimes Get an in-depth review of how that months period is going.

Other than that it’s just a case of being there for worst bits.

  • Not intentionally. But a lot of times I have a pretty good idea.

If I was with someone today that wouldn't work because I have no sense of time any more. I wouldn't know her cycle any more than I know when it's time to pay the bills. It seems like a bill is due and it turns out I'm two months late.

But then at my age it doesn't matter anyway - menstrual cycles, not bills. I mean it would be nice if there was such a thing as billopause, but we aren't that lucky.

  • My cycle is to irregular for even me to track so probably would be impossible for my husband to even try to track it

  • I had a nympho girlfriend years ago, I kept track of hers because I couldn't wait until she had it! Period sex was one thing she wouldn't do. I lost about 30lbs in the 8 months I dated her! Having a nympho for a girlfriend ain't all it's cracked up to be. Christ, I told her to cheat on me!

  • Yup I track it tbh it has given me a bit more of an insight to how her head works and er when she will be more horny😉

  • Yes. So I know which days to avoid taking her to the beach

  • Oh hell no, I don’t have the expertise of being a woman to be an expert on that

    • I’d be garbage at that task 🤣

  • I do not "track" it... but I am very aware yes, even with friends and people I know (well enough) lol

  • Ofc I do its bit somthing I asked to do this just something I picked up on after 5 years

  • When we were married (we're divorced now), I didn't have to track it... she did. She tracked her cycle, and put little red circles on the calendar when she had her period. That helped us decide when to have sex (when we were trying to have kids) and when not.

  • No longer necessary. She's just bitchy all the time now. (just a joke, honey, if you read this, really!)

  • Sometimes.

  • currently single. but in past relationships I had done so yes.

  • yeah. need to know when i better won't start a discussion. not worth the drama.

  • I never followed her cycle. No need to anymore

  • I mentally track it and I can also tell by mood and smell and its not a bad smell just real slight.

  • No not really but I can tell when she in a certain mood and know if she on her period.

  • Never noticed any significant issues with menstruation related mood swings in any of my relationships so far. Or maybe I was oblivious of them lol

  • I always have back up plan..
I do sex with my secret girlfriend.

  • I want to, because than I can prepare for her

  • She doesn't really have mood swings

  • No and we don't recommend girls trying to track our hormonal cycles either because it's eroti... i mean erratic.

    • We have hormonal cycles?

    • Yes. Surprisingly it happens everyday.

    • But its not constant. That's why you guys get horny at any point

  • I think it is a good idea, and try to keep track.
