pretty much every girl I have ever known tell me she’s due on or I get asked to pick up sanitary stuff while out shopping.
i even sometimes Get an in-depth review of how that months period is going.
Other than that it’s just a case of being there for worst bits.
Not intentionally. But a lot of times I have a pretty good idea.
If I was with someone today that wouldn't work because I have no sense of time any more. I wouldn't know her cycle any more than I know when it's time to pay the bills. It seems like a bill is due and it turns out I'm two months late.
But then at my age it doesn't matter anyway - menstrual cycles, not bills. I mean it would be nice if there was such a thing as billopause, but we aren't that lucky.
My cycle is to irregular for even me to track so probably would be impossible for my husband to even try to track it

When we were married (we're divorced now), I didn't have to track it... she did. She tracked her cycle, and put little red circles on the calendar when she had her period. That helped us decide when to have sex (when we were trying to have kids) and when not.

No not really but I can tell when she in a certain mood and know if she on her period.
Never noticed any significant issues with menstruation related mood swings in any of my relationships so far. Or maybe I was oblivious of them lol
