I have had this happen and yes it did weird me out. it's crazy how we both ignored it happened even to this day. it happened early on in our relationship long before we were married (5yrs now). I have gathered in many conversations since then that there was abuse in the past. There was something at that time that struck a nerve and later during sex she cried. It was very uncomfortable and awkward and I stopped immediately. my opinion is unless she is crying because I'm large and it hurt being the only reason it might be ok. Then it is weird and would and has weird me out.
