I think a lot of people are depressed and restless, we just cope with it differently. For some whacking it, or shoving/having other people shoved into them relieves that some, for others the feeling is more to close off until things change. Either way you're asserting a small degree of control when there are other situations you have no control over.
I know my method of dealing with the uncertainty is to try and make my wife and girls as happy as possible, because it's tough for me to feel genuinely optimistic about my own job prospects for a while.
So, cope how you feel best, and don't worry about how "normal" or not it is. Nothing is really normal right now, and it will be a while yet before we establish a new norm.
Asker My sex drive has reduced too in this quarantine period. Its just that besides work I have more free time now so I have change of focus and continue try new hobby like cooking, reading/watching books, watch anime, gaming , Excerise etc
So my whole day is quite busy and I don't have time for sexual thoughts.

my body realized it wasn't gonna get it so it shut up about it for a bit, decided to pursue those relationship stonks instead. Anyways the guy I want is across the country and I can't see him til August, so that's something.
