I've done this with a few girls.
One of you takes a deep breath, the other exhales completely.
Lock lips.
The one with the full lungs exhales into the empty lungs as they inhale... basically you just breathe back and forth into each other's lungs until you both get lightheaded.

Yes and more than once. My first serious girlfriend kissed me like that. We'd sit there and make out for hours forgetting that the rest of the universe existed. Afterwards we would just gaze into each other's eyes shocked that it could be that good. It was like inhaling each other's souls.

Yes, I dated somebody that had some kind of weird effect on me. It was pheromones or something. We used to park somewhere and kiss for hours on end. We would get out of breath and had to stop several times. After I brought her home I would drive home completely exhausted.
